I think he'll need to ball out for two years minimum before he gets a sniff of a chance with an NBA team. The only news that should come out about him is how he's performing on the court. If he has even a hint of any behavior issues forget about it.

I hope he gets his life together. But I doubt if he ever sees an NBA court. 2 NBA teams, USC, high school. That's just too much. He won't be worth the risk. The Rockets were the only team willing to take that chance previously. If he can keep it together he can make plenty of money overseas.
Other than his immaturity issues, KPJ was a baller for us just playing out of position. Imagine if he started the year in the Rockets backcourt alongside Van Vleet with Ime's mentorship during Jalen's struggles. Porter Jr was one of the best at catch & shoot three's in the league. Something the Rockets sorley missed this season. I wanted to see how this new Rockets culture and coaching would have positively impacted him. Nonetheless hope him the best.
KPJ did the Rockets a huge favor 6 months ago and forced their hand. If his mayhem is tolerated somewhere else, he's their problem child. I think he has one more violent eruption left.
