    I host a podcast (Breathing Orange Fire). Scores of people like it. I like doing it. I'd like it if you listen and shared with your friends.

    I sometimes giveaway free tickets and **** (probably 5 or so times a year) when I can't go b/c I have season tickets.

    This is a place I will post about my pod or post about giving away free tickets so as not to do it in the main season thread.

    I have 4 pretty good seats for Monday and Tuesday (whatever the exhibition games are) for free.

    Post here if you want them. I will PM you with the stuff.

    I also will often order playoff tickets for people (I have priority) for whatever they are charging for them through ticket master- so when that stuff comes up I will post and if you want me to buy directly from the Stros for you I will.

    Also if I'm going to sell a game with high interest I will post my stubhub price on here so you can avoid the fees. That's different than the games I give away day of when plans change or people crap out.

    Also- I do mortgages and anyone that talks to me about buying a house gets free games as I have season tickets in large part to show appreciation for past customers that love the Astros like me.

    So- who wants the Exhibition tickets for Monday and Tuesday?

    The biggest question I have had with mortgages is why a new mortgage on your own paid off home is considered a second mortgage and not treated like a first. You never know when a storm and evil insurance will conspire to force you into a new mortgage.

    In Texas you could get a 50a6 home equity mortgage in that scenario and it would be a first lien mortgage.

    While I believe you, every lender I spoke with said otherwise and I live in Texas. I assumed it was the slightly higher interest rate.

    Nice man. Just started listening to the podcasts and we definitely have a shortage of actually GOOD podcasts. I think Breathing Orange Fire is solid, keep it up.
