Been a long time. While the rebuild is not complete, I firmly believe we are through the worst part, and there are very good days ahead.
Honestly this is the first experience of pretty much any Rocket fans experiencing a complete rebuild. And we are one of the lucky ones that only had to experience 3 seasons of it. Some franchises like the Hornets are experience 10+ years of rebuilding
I wouldn't have believed it it you told me we'd be at .500 this late into the season. I doubly wouldn't have believed it if you told me we achieved this even with Jalen struggling early on, tons and tons of injuries, and a brand new system under Ime Udoka. And yet...here we are! Jalen is balling out, Alpi is a franchise center, Amen is looking better by the day, Cam and Tari are difference makers and Jabari is the glue that holds it all together. Regardless of what happens, I am so proud of our team and I love how we're playing as a team--even through all the injuries and negativity
