I wouldn't go that far. The first loss to the Warriors was only their 3rd game of the season. If Golden State comes into Toyota Center in a couple weeks and beats the crap out of them again, then maybe we could say it's a bad matchup.

 

I was going back to the Harden years as well, lol. It’s like they get up to play us no matter who’s on the team.

GSW's schedule doesn't look super easy to be honest but Curry being back isn't ideal.

 

We have some tough games left as well. If Jalen was playing well all year, we wouldn’t need this thread.

 

I hate the play-in concept. Defeats the purpose of the 82 qualifying games you have already played in to try and finish top 8. I'd rather finish 8th after 82 games. Atlanta are 30-38 and in 10th.....they have no right having a chance at 8th with that record. 8th is currently 37-31.

If the Warriors are losing to Memphis at home tonight you can call me a believer and send me to the line for repenters. Otherwise even a 2.5 game lead with 3 in the loss column is still the same as a 4 game lead due to their tiebreaker. I still believe a 9 game win streak is possible to get us closer.
I had the Rockets getting to 36-38 and then finishing the season at 39 wins.

our season might come down to April matchups vs Golden State and the season finale vs Clippers

 

I think we have to start comparing records after Jorge's prophecy. Its a completely different timeline since then.
