    Yes and cutting Davis Mills, Robert Woods, Jimmie Ward saves about another $8M to $10M.

    I wish Xavien Howard wasn't suspect at foot.

    But w/Sneed opposing quarterbacks had something like a 59 passer rating when he was on
    the field or throwing his way.

    We would be able to load up the box with safeties/LB's and help our DT's while having
    both Stingley-Sheed

    Armstead is a terrible contract and he is oft injured. I don't know how many times you have to be told this, the Texans could have offered 1 million more and Barkey was still going to Philly. Barkley is not worth 7 million more than Mixon. SF can afford McCaffery because they are paying 1 million for Purdy. We are paying 9 million for CJ.

    You are over there saying " I heard Armstead was good. WhY DiDn'T the TeXaNs GeT HiM?!!?" He has played 21 games in the last 2 years.

    The bright side is we aren't stuck with a injury prone receiver on a big contract but we still gotta bring a talented receiver in.

    You remember McCaffrey? He was known to be often injured but SF traded a 2nd, 3rd, 4th and a 5th for him and he took them to the SB.

    If the Texans are in WIN NOW MODE....you go for it!

    @Xopher if they are going after an INJURED, OVERPAID WR, why couldn't they pay an additional $3M to secure Armstead?
