I agree, 37 isnt a terrible win total. Slightly better than most predicted.
Not the play-in that some team members predicted either.

Were going to have to do a lot more than just adding Adams if we want to break 40 wins and see the play-in next year.
    Hope Stone has a plan.

Green's shooting has definitely been a problem but he has made strides in all other aspects of his game. He's been a big reason why we've won these road games. He's hit key shots when needed, played aggressive on both ends and sparked runs that led to wins with his play. Ime's been great for him.

I predicted 42 wins in the off-season. That was probably the homer in me. With the injuries, that's WAY out there. But this team is tough. They have a lot of fight in them. This is going to be fun down the stretch.

if we're talking about next season, I'd like to wait until we see what offseason moves are made before I try to predict that.

I predicted 36 and I think that's probably where we're going to land. I think had we avoided the Sengun injury we'd have a pretty good chance of tying 10th seed. The team seemed to be going on a run recently and there was some good momentum there.

Look at the 4 teams ahead of us: Lakers, Warriors, Mavs and Suns. These teams have a combined 7 generational talents (Curry, Lebron, Davis, Doncic, Irving, Durant, Booker). The West is absolutely brutal. Memphis had to tank to end up behind us but if healthy would probably be at least as good as those 4 teams.

How can we expect this team to be coached and developed by Ime before the season started? It was a mess he inherited. A single training camp wasn't going to undo all the BS habits we accumulated on this team. The learning was happening throughout the season and we had 2 rookies and a total of 6 players under 22 in our core rotation. That was really unique to us and no doubt contributed to our road struggles. Young players struggle on the road, we played a lot of young players most of whom were learning serious winning NBA basketball for the first time in their career.

I predicted 29-32. Looks like we will easily eclipse that.

My question, which I believe I asked this like 2 months ago, is how many wins does a healthy Tari add to the team?

So far I'm wrong, on the low end. And I'm fine with that. A year of progress and flashes that these guys can in fact play NBA games, which is in itself a large step up from last 2 years.

And we cannot neglect that Tari has been out most of the season. He is probably their highest potential all-around defender and spark plug. Cam and Amen jointly stepped into that role, but between their late integration and Cam’s injury, they simply cannot replace Tari.

I have to believe that his injury was a 2-4 game swing.
