That dunk from Jalen Green was really something else! It woke me up! Go Houston Rockets !

 

Let's be careful not to overreact if he stays hot now that it's after the ASB. He's done this every year, we can't start a guy who only plays well the last 1/3 of the season.

 

And there was also another amazing dunk from Amen

 

Depends on what comes back.....if it is a good player who is not too old they can carry him in a flower petal litter for all I care......

And Tad Brown can have his fireworks......

I do not think there is enough touches and FG Attempts for all the young players anyway and I am wanting to draft another guy.......

Jalen Green definitely has his confidence back and playing in transition more has helped for sure. FVV is back to steady Freddy, Amen is still a monster, Cam producing though still too much selfish play. Jabari and even Landale had their moments. Ime dropping Brooks is really showing he's a no-nonsense coach. Finally came alive in the second half. Definitely need this team to finish the season with strong play, regardless of wins and losses.

 

Playing faster is benefiting Jalen the last few games

I am down on Jalen lately, but I'm always happy when he plays well. Whole team looks different with good play from the shooting guard position. Opens everything up for us.

Just going to take a lot more good games to earn back my trust, unfortunately.

 

He is so quick and smooth… it drives me crazy.

 

Shrug. I came into the season certain he would at least be a starting caliber player. Aside from a small handful of great games, he has just been really bad over a large sample size, and eventually I just got really fed up. He still has a lot of potential and I'm rooting for him to play well, but it will take an extended run of good play for me to start feeling confident again that he will be good.

 

As the league's refs continue to see more of Amen Thompson, they will begin to appreciate his stellar D. They still called him for a few "reach-in" fouls that would be fouls for most humans, but Amen got all ball. Jump balls or traveling, you have to call something else.

The advanced stats show the Trailblazers were 4-18 going at AT. That is phenomenal for a player his age.

Once he adds ten more pounds of muscle, book him for the all-defensive team for a long time.

Also notable are Cam Whitmore's D (3-10) and Jalen Green (5-10). Dillon looks a step slower than usual (9-16). He needs a day off.

 

From match to match, Sengun amazes me more. His read of the game, his creativity, his passing,iq and courtvision. Even in a game that can be defined as silence when compared to his other games,he makes 6-7 asists. When our guards and forwards make those shots in a higher percentage, his asist average Will not be less than 10 to 12. When you doubleteam hım, he distributes When one to one, he destroys in the paint. Superstar in the making... The Wizard...

 

Huge fan of the Sengun - Amen - Jalen - Cam lineups. The rooks have been consistently coming and taking care of business off the bench.
