    Why did Mutombo have to approve the deal and why was there a (reported) Sign n Trade (of DM, not the MW one)?

    I thought he was signed thru this season?

    Can anyone clarify please?

    Mike Wilks was the only sign and trade involved.

    And Mutombo didn't have to approve the trade; he just made it clear that he would be a pain in the ass to Chicago, but wouldn't be for us.

    You know, this is EXACTLY the reason why I love this board so much, and why we all have so much scorn for those alleged 'sports news' sources out there..
