It doesn't work like that... unless you are willing to essentially kill over half the people in the region and that would start a World War possibly. Diplomacy is FAR more likely to work, forming alliances with Middle Eastern countries that are not Shia.

Was the crowd gathering around the solders to attack them, or were they gathering around the aid trucks (being guarded by the soldiers) because they are extremely desperate for supplies due to the conditions they are now living in? If your starting assumption is all Palestinians are criminal scum, then I can understand being scared for your life when a crowd of them are gathering around you.
Built a paradise? With no control over their borders? With no control over trade and what is and isn't taken in and out of Gaza? With one of the worst economies in the world? Gaza wasn't ever going to be a paradise, and especially not being subjected to Apartheid and as a vasal state of another country. The absolute positions that people take on this topic on both sides of this issue is so insincere. Everything is a cause and effect.
This just shows the level of entitlement and delusion of Israel. Why were the Palestinians in that area in great numbers, and why were they so hungry and desperate for supplies? Ill give you a hint, it may have something to do with Israel kicking them out of their homes, destroying their homes, telling them to flea and leaving them without a way to work or survive. Does Hamas play a part in this? Sure, I have no doubt that they attempt and do steal supplies and food, and they want the refugees to suffer because it brings them more attention. But neither side can just wash their hands and act as if they are not morally liable.
