And you left that guy to do what he did to you….thanks for reminding me of this. Gonna mention this game to the kids we coach as a prime example. We say SKILL SPORT all the time. Takes so much time and dedication doing drills all alone when no one is watching to refine it…real sicko dedicated behavior that I love!

It’s on March 17 this year, so very truly SAINT BRACKET’S DAY!

(I far prefer when March 17 is the first Thursday of the tournament, but the sun and rotation around it gets in the way sometimes)

Were you at the Baylor BB camp the year they opened the F? Center? I know Hangout Boy was, we've talked about it.

75% FT shooter, SEC player of the year...and he bricked both of them

Imma about to watch it again...brilliant inbound pass and flip to Bryce

Dude timed the inbound pass inbetween the guy guarding him's jumps.

No…I was a better baseball player than basketball. I went to a bunch of Sam Houston baseball camps and one at UT. My god the turf at UT’s ballpark was sincerely the hottest surface anywhere on the planet when I was there. They’d have us sit down to talk to us, and your ass would literally…i mean literally…get burned through baseball pants

You ever go to Bragg Stockton Baseball Camp?

Do you still have your rollies? Eyeballs on your knees?

1st time I took groundballs on turf...I said "this sucks"

2 hop rocket coming at you...skin your knee going down, then they would hit another one right to your left. "Can I catch my breath?"

    Nope.

Over the weekend, Jared McCain dropped 35 to tie Zion Williamson for most points in a game by a Duke freshman

One of the best shooters in the country. Has a nice little floater and touch around the basket.
Lack of explosion and strength makes him seem limited as a driver/slasher.
Seems like a smart player, good feel for movement and positioning.

He reminds me a bit of Gary Trent Jr. or Patty Mills. Granted, Trent Jr. is taller at. 6-6 and Mills played PG.
McCain is listed at 6-3 and has the "SG in a PG body" label.

He feels like a second rounder, but his game is picking up at the right time.
Wouldn't be surprised if he stays another year, maybe they'll let him develop PG skills.
Great shooter, smart, and is reportedly a really coachable and positive personality. He will get a shot at the NBA somehow.
