Maholmes already has legit argument for 2nd greatest QB all-time. I had almost zero doubt Chiefs would gain that 4th down in OT and score a TD.

I question the call to take the ball 1st in OT. Now that both teams get to possess, it's like college where the 2nd team has the foresight to know the minimum and utilize all 4 downs whereas the 1st team has to be more conservative. 49ers defense just couldn't keep up all night. I feel like they could've utilized the run more or screens instead of rely on Purdy as much. KC's DBs were too good.
Nope, it wasn't on him but a better QB wins that game. Same for the Ravens game too, Ravens defense stopped Mahomes time and time and time again and the QB just didn't make the big play to take advantage of it.
