Mitchell has never seen beyond conference semi finals and he's been in the league for 7 seasons. He is a natural scorer but he's not a winner and i don't think he ever will be. You don't win with him.

Harden won't accept an unguaranteed deal unlike FVV. FVV isn't overpaid, he is being paid a premium because his deal is unguaranteed. FVV is an expiring starting next year, whereas Harden if you don't know got insulted and got angry with the Sixers for not giving him his 5 yr max deal.
