He is so talented that I don't think he even knows it. He can easily be a 25-5-5 guy in the future once he works out that the game isn't that hard to impact. His peak is 3 years away yet. I wish he was given more passing duties because he can play make for others

Everyone just had to give him a new contract and wait for that 7th season leap and then he'll finally be an NBA starting caliber player.

Lol, I'm not surprised some are clinging to that delusion. Hold on as long as you can I guess.

If players are still absolute dogshit at 22 after 2.5 years in the league after being given every opportunity, they aren't likely to magically become a completely different caliber of player.

Green might find a bench role somewhere and stick around in the league, but the delusions of him as some kind of star should be long gone by now.

You are an idiot, in the 80-90 early 2000s .. 21-22 year players were still in college.. now they are gaining that experience in real time in a harder environment.

Like POP said - players coming into the NBA are now still learning the basics of the game vs coming in

many fans are like that. They expect players to be at their best by the time they are 22. Wemby who is a crazy talent, won't be at his peak until he is 25.......that is scary

Making excuses for a 2.5 year nba vet who is still one of the worst players on a team full of young players with less nba experience.....

It's just pathetic at this point.

Keep hope alive if you want that your favorite scrub will make a 7th year leap or whatever.... but most will laugh at your blind devotion.

Ah yes, I'm the one who is wrong for not continuing to make excuses for a SG who can't shoot who has been absolutely terrible for 2.5 years so far....a guy who isn't the best player the Rockets picked in the same draft class.... a guy who isn't even the best guard named Jalen from his own draft class....a guy who wouldn't go top 15 in a redraft
