    I've seen Cam make some other good passes--I don't think his actual passing is the issue, it's more of a mindset/court vision thing. If the coaches can get him to approach the game the right way and teach him how to see the court better, which admittedly is a big ask since those things are difficult to improve upon, he could become serviceable in that area.
