Agreed. If it weren’t for a CP3 injury and a stacked Warriors team, Harden would have delivered a ring to us Rockets’ fans. Yeah he had his flaws but he gave us by far the most successful stretch of ball since the Olajuwon days in the mid-90s, with let’s face it, largely a buncha 3 and D guys. Clips look like the best team in the league when they are clicking… just gotta hope they can stay healthy.

just look at how people view as harden as a playoff player vs dame as a playoff player. In reality, harden is better in the playoffs. Narrative is dame is amazing and harden sucks

James Harden is one of the best and most unique players in NBA history. He is certainly a top 5 shooting guard all time - and really, may be the best combo shooting guard ever at scoring and passing. The other one that comes to mind is Jerry West - but Jerry West said Harden was a better passer than him. I hope he gets a ring this year, because there are a lot of false narratives about him that are not fair. He did some of it to himself, but really he deserves better.
James Harden is 100% one of the best regular season players ever.... I don't think he gets ring and if Kawhi and George get him one its going to be way less meaningful than if he won it here in Houston.... Then again, he chose this....
