Again, sounds like you don't understand what it means to space the floor.

A big man who can't shoot might help provide some space for one player when they have the ball and a double team comes, sure.

If he doesn't have the ball, he's not helping space the floor because there's no reason to guard him at all if he's further than 15 feet from the rim.....like most traditional centers.

With a shooter, they provide that spacing with or without the ball because you can't leave them open ever.

Jokic is a more than competent 3 point shooter, so it's a completely different situation. Have Sengun learn how to shoot the 3 and then you can make that comparison.

So, again, a 43.5% catch and shoot 3 point shooter will ALWAYS provide more floor spacing than a traditional center. It's not a knock on the center, that's just not a thing they really do.

A big man who can't shoot might not help provide space for "one" player. A big man who can pass and commands double teams help provide space for "four" players.

That's why Jokics, Sabonises and now Senguns of the world have the ball in their hands. Because they space the floor better than one trick ponies.

Fair enough, so you don't know what it actually means and are one of those over the top ridiculous Sengun fans? Gotcha.

Player only fans are scum no matter what player they worship.

Let me know when you learn that spacing is not 3p%. Have a good night :)

Ah yes, when we talk about players who space the floor, we're talking about lumbering big men who can't shoot the ball. How dare I suggest there is something your deity isn't amazing at. I'll make sure to do 20 Hail Sengun's to atone for my grievous sin.

**** like this is why I can't even pretend to respect player only fans on any level. You guys are just flat out clowns even if I like the player you worship.

Wow. Objectivity. You don't see that very often...

The guy is struggling, that's no secret. He's only risen to the level of replacement level player/bench player, also no secret. He's still got a crazy amount of talent, idk what's going on with his mental but he's way too in his head to play loose and free.

Keeping with the joke of books... Fred gave them a copy of "Chop Wood, Carry Water". Maybe he should read it? reference request - What is the meaning of the Zen quote: "Before Enlightenment chop wood, carry water. After enlightenment chop wood, carry water"? - Buddhism Stack Exchange
Maybe he should filter through a couple years of threads of everyone shidding on Harden, easily an all-time great Rocket. He won't escape the noise even if he made 12 all-stars in a row. Even Lebron has haters. Michael Jordan is still petty and competitive.

Chop the wood, carry the water. Play because you love playing. Anyone who's played long enough knows there are moments of basketball bliss that are pure. You make a move that wasn't even purposeful but it worked to perfection. You're just in the Zen moments playing ball, not thinking about it. Things just line up. NBA ballers probably have more access to that core than us mere mortals. Jalen has to stop processing so hard, stop thinking about what other people think about him. His self-image right now is battered and bruised, guy you're fine. Just go play ball. Be the ball. Zen.

I haven't once debated whether KPJ is better than Green.

    “Sunk cost fallacy”
    “Bag holder”

There are many names but it is a common mistake made by amateurs, same people running the Rockets front office.

Can’t wait to get rid of Jalen and get at least a league average if not above average SG in here. I hope he figures it out, but he’s as inefficient as he was day 1. If KPJ was a good person and still here he would be the starting SG no question. We’ve needed to fill his position since the start of training camp. Let’s flip Jalen to get at least a stop gap replacement.

Love Rush! Although Jalen likely is at low value now so it would be smarter to trade him in the offseason or let him go to RFA. Our expectations were Kobe-level but he looks to be at least an instant-offense 6th man. That is a valuable player.

That is not bad given that both KPJ and Green should be out of the door in the end.

The former darlings of Stone and Fertitta......we start afresh.

Stoned Stone is getting too old for that GM job anyway.
