Exactly, that’s what I’m saying, if it was third down yes, not on second down. It’s stupid but that’s the rule…..

This is just wrong. Of course you can challenge if it's the difference in the line to gain or not.

It says any down can be be reviewable,

ARTICLE 7. PLAYS GOVERNED BY THE LINE TO GAIN
The dead-ball spot is reviewable to determine whether it was short of, at, or beyond the line to gain, no matter the down.

Texans could not advanced to AFC Championship once in all 5 attempts.

Detroit, whose hadn't been to playoff for most of last 2 decades, just advanced to NFC Championship game.

    Frustrating.

    *Championship.

Also, Detroit had their coach start at the helm 2 years before Texans' DeMeco.

We are building, we are meant to finish bottom two in the league this season. We will get there but have some patience, or log off find something fun to do until next season.

Detroit had two home games cause they were the 3rd seed. If we want to advance we need to gun for the highest seed possible. I still remember 2012 when the team and fanbase seemed "okay" with losing two in a row to end the season when winning just 1 of the games would have meant a first round bye. Instead we gave New England the 2nd seed and the bye while we had to play in the wild card round against Cincy.

That crap was inexcusable then. Similar thing happened in 2018. We had a first round bye in our grasp but couldn't beat Philly in week 16 instead we were in the wild card then lost to Indy.

This type of small team mentality of "it's good enough to make the playoffs" needs to stop. Stop settling for just good. Demand excellence from the team and front office. That's what Baltimore fans do, KC, San Francisco etc

What a great year, exceeded my expectations by a mile, we have a great nucleus but man after watching all the teams this weekend we need help in multiple areas if we wanna play with the Ravens of the world. You have to be able to run the ball in the playoffs, especially when you have to play in the cold, I hope we can find the "back" and shore up the O Line so we can actually run the ball.......................Hell of a year Texans and it was a blast, now lets build this thing up......................
