    Interesting to me is that most carnivores don't eat breakfast. They eat once a day. And that went for humans too, right up until the time they started working. Breakfast wasn't a thing. Working isn't natural. Nor is breakfast. Yet somehow, breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day and we all should have a work ethic. It's all contrived.
