We have good CBs in Stingley, King, Nelson
I would prefer draft or sign another safety, we could improve that position, and they will improve the texans secondary, and the QBs wont destroy us.

Wouldn't mind signing Darnell Mooney if Texans want to focus on defense in the draft and not draft a WR. I feel he's been underutilized in Chicago.

If the Texans don't re-sign Singletary, is D'Andre Swift healthy enough to get?

    Austin Ekeler/James Connor >> Saquon/Jacobs

edit: Connor would require a trade.

Swift would be a really good pickup.

Austin you can sign outright. He's had injury issues, but which RB doesn't. Austin/Swift are the 2 I would want if they don't re-sign Singletary and want to improve the position.

I like RBs that can be pass catchers coming out of the Shanny WC offense. May throw Pollard in that bunch. Im pretty sure if we called ARZ about Conner they would listen. Swift is nice. He kinda let me down at times in my fantasy league so I may have a bias against him lol.

If they bring back Singletary I may be ok with that too at the right price.

1st rounder from Browns for Garrett Wilson might be enough with 3 years remaining on deal. I am a little worried about his injury history, but Slowik would have a field day and it would be a nightmare for defenses running those three out there.

Next, add Saquon Barkley or Tony Pollard - someone who's elite at hitting the corner or catching screens. Ekeler would be decent too.

Re-sign some vets on this team like Fairbairn, defensive guys, etc.

Texans could use remaining picks on adding defensive talent, o-line or another RB.

I wouldn't be surprised if Texans have top 5 SB odds next year if they add some home run additions.

NOTE: It would be funny if AR has to watch another organization he plays for let one of his top receivers go.

I think with the online getting help with some lineman returning from injury the biggest priority should be safety. Tired of ward being hurt and pitre getting burned.

Maybe Pierce comes back better next year? Doubt it...they might trade him if they plan to sign or draft another RB.

Barnett, Sanders and a drafted Edge. I also play Jones a lot on the edge in passing situations.

I would consider moving our first for wilson and a 4th or 5th.

You lose years on the rookie deal but he's young and has familiarity with the qb. Also reduces risk of a bust in the draft.

It's the line more than the back. Singletary was a little better but still not good.

I'm definitely a proponent of bringing Antoine Winfield home... https://www.nfl.com/players/antoine-winfield-jr/stats/career
