I wanted the avoid the Browns at all costs, but my son talked me into believing a home game was the best chance for them to win a wild card game. Let's gooooo!
With Anderson and (hopefully) Greenard, no way Flacco has the time he had and ability to just play catch with Cooper. Will most certainly be a different game defensively.
Hopefully refs call the game decently - strange we never get any PI / DH on our WR and it’s rare they call Holding specially as much pressure as Greenard and WAJ provide
With Stroud we will be better this time. With Stroud and a healthy Anderson we will up it another notch. If Greenard is able to finally play it would be the cherry on top. I just hope our guys clean up the offsides penalties, dirty hits, late hits, and holding. Tunsil, do you hear me? Don't jump offsides! We need you to focus!
I expect the Texans to win and advance. All the comforts and support of home with a healthy CJ. Lock Slowit in the closet and we got this. I really don't mean to be disrespectful to our offensive coordinator, BUT his play calling reminds me of BOB. Not a good memory. He is far too conservative, repetitive, and predictable. Playoffs are the time to open up the playbook, become less predictable, and get creative. I would give CJ more flexibility. Yes, the opening play against the Colts was a clear winner, but then the runs up the middle were wasted downs. When something consistently doesn't work, ditch it.
I was secretly thinking a home game would be nice but when I heard it would be against the Browns I was like nah I might rather have the bills or chiefs playing the underdog role but now its the browns again who chopped us with Flacco I don't know how to feel about it but I hope we don't get burnt like we did last time
