It is not realistic......but people are way demonizing it..... It best worked with robots, humans have desires and that was not going to work well...... The Middle Class is actually a projection of total deference as well, yeah, you can choose for yourself but middle class is totally resembling itself.....not really relevant..... It’s also a company performance issue too. There’s real data out there that shows diversity driving performance. You’d know this if you were a CEO. Those in government (primarily liberals) do not think that African Americans are capable of financially or professionally catching up to other races. Unfortunately and sadly, this has proven true over many decades across many countries. As a result, government feels the need to support African Americans by creating bogus jobs and through financial contributions (unemployment, disability, reparations, etc). Expect universal basic income to be the next iteration of this. The big goal is to avoid a public disturbance/uprising of African Americans like what we saw in the summer of 2020. This type of event would have a destabilizing effect on cities and commerce. So government tries to throw just enough at this community to avoid this type of unrest. Machiavellian government leaders try to incite unrest in this community as a way of acquiring greater crumbs from government. This is the perpetual back and forth that policymakers must endure to "keep the peace". I personally do not look at "groups". I look at people as individuals. Because I am not racist and my conscience is clean.
