    WOW, what a flashback! It made me realize I had not seen any Hakeem footage sense he had left the Rockets and how now in retrospect how incredibly unique he was. I knew it, but had just kind of forgotten. And no, I didn't notice any walking either, LOL :)

    Thanks to Houstone for putting it together and to Vengeance for hosting a clip I could actually access and view - what a refreshing change THAT was.

    Is it me or was the music a weird fit for the Hakeem mix?

    Why wasn't any music from the Clutch City soundtrack put into the mix?

    But overall, Houstone, great job!

    Thanks Houstone. The video mix is wonderful. It was great to see his spin moves,shakes,fadeways and dunks. Hakeem was the best.

    It's funny how much we took him for granted. Those post moves are amazing, especially comparing them with how Yao tries to do them now. But I remember how he did that stuff EVERY game - those highlights aren't just like footage of what he did during one particular game, he did that stuff everygame. Fadeaways while being double and triple teamed, a lot of times getting 2-and-a-fouls and still making the impossible baseline fadaway.

    The footwork absolutely incredible - probably better than anyone his size or bigger in NBA history. I remember seeing somone in the other forum comparing him to Amare: Amare couldn't hold Hakeem's jock strap. Without Nash, Amare is nothing - maybe a slightly poor-man's Malone with Stockton is a better comparson for Amare to shoot for.

    Amare is a dunker and an athlete with an improving jumpshot - Dream is alegend who could single-handedly beat teams with his passing, rebounding, scoring, and defensive ability. He's maybe the greatest defensive player ever.
