    her character on the show is ultra unlikable though. i still want the best for her.

    So far, it's been entertaining. The CGI for the monsters is good, but the other CGI is very bad.

    The trio didn't seem as wooden this last episode, there was better acting from Kentaro and May. Kurt Russell is still cheesing it up, but that's how he always is. Seems like a big personality difference from his younger self played by his son.

    This last episode was pretty bad. At this point I'm just rooting for the monsters to eat these contrived characters.

    Nice, caring, normal-seeming Asian female teacher... is actually a lesbian who cheats on her teacher girlfriend the same day her teacher friend asks her to move-in with her(at least I think that's what happened...it was all so awkwardly rushed through in the episode...like the writers were trying to figure out how they could shoehorn in the mandatory gay subplot and just said the hell with it). And I guess this was supposed to imply that she's just as bad as her cheating, absentee father or something, which makes no sense. Bring back the monsters. Nobody cares about these stupid millennial characters or their half-assed arcs.

    Was enjoying it somewhat til the last episode where they used pander stone to randomly make a character gay af.... Not sure I'll keep watching, when they don't care about good writing I stop caring about the show and or what happens...
