    Cheese fries have always been kinda disappointing to me...in theory, it works, but after about 5 bites you're now fighting a congealed (if using hard cheese) or soggy (if queso-type cheese) lukewarm mess. I'd rather have proper nachos.

    This is key. The fries have to have that insanely crisp, almost glass texture to work.

    Also being hungry as hell and piss drunk helps you scarf em down before they turn into poo.

    My mother in laws cooking is so bad I decided to bring the fried turkey to her house and have everyone else bring some sides and yet she still chose to bake dessert. She'd burn water poor woman...
