I could see that. I think it hit off us but not easy to overturn

 

You can tell how he reacted that the ball hit his elbow

 

It's too close for me to say one way or the other, I kind of don't think it hit his arm, but since I can't really tell, I wouldn't overturn the call.....but if it gets overturned, I wouldn't be mad.

Not enough to overturn imo. Could have gone off the Cardinals player’s arm.

 

The way that Cardinal player moved his arm, he looks like he KNEW it hit him on the way down.
