    For those wondering what Mongolian food is like it’s the heartiest cuisine out there. With a lot of dairy (not always cow milk), meat and fat.


    It is food meant for a very tough life on the steppe that makes Minnesota winter look like spring break.

    i love dim sum. my favorite dim sum place is LunAsia; i often order this dim sum dish, tripe stew with turnips

    muttons, no beef/chicken/pork, nor veggie: very bland



    this is my understanding, it was invented by a Taiwanese chef. it is not a Mongolian dish, it has also gained popularity in the US and parts of Europe.
