    Just because the site isnt the home city for either team doesnt mean its nuetral.
    That said, every ballpark in baseball has a fan bias towards other teams.

    Since both the Astros and the Phillies lost clinching games at home both teams might’ve wished they could’ve played the LCS at neutral sites
