I’ll be doing my usual: weight lifting, hitting the curl bar (when things aren’t going well), pacing around, making audible sounds accordingly, checking this thread, scoreboard watching (for stressful moments), watching live some (lots of rewind and fast forward action), gnawing on bbq chicken pizza (homemade), and probably watching another show at the same time. It’s real high tech over here.
A good fiend of mine ex-husband would get so worked up during Vikings' games he would be yelling and also throwing stuff. They had an unfinished basement and she got a TV there and just banished him to it during games.
My wife would do that. I am banished to our bedroom quite often. Probably tonight too. I’m not well behaved enough to watch it on the big screen in the living room.

I hear you. The hardest part I have here isn't that I flip out when something bad happens to the Astros but my celebrations. That'swhat really annoys people here. I got some pretty negative reactions at Target Field when I would wave the Twins Homer Hanky every time the Astros hit a home run. Even though the Twins are out of it I still have to restrain myself watching the game with Minnesotans. I just need my own space to let go and do this:
I think it has to be in both team's mind but it benefits the Astros. IMO, The Rangers can not win this game without Eovaldi giving them at least 4 (probably more) quality innings. The Astros could survive, as they simply have more quality and trustworthy arms available. Framber also is a pitcher known for movement and lesser command so could get the benefit of the doubt more than Eovaldi, though neither is likely to survive a HBP. Framber: 10 hit batters this year plus 1 already in this series. Eovaldi: only 1 hit batter all season and never one in 62.2 IP in his post season career.
Framber isn’t really a power pitcher, he needs to hit the corners. Watch the Umps have a tight zone today screwing the Astros.
