I said when he originally came into the league he was 6'8.5, I think he's 6'9.5, maybe 6'10.

Charles Barkley was 6'4, maybe 6'5 but in totality if he can play, he can play! We need for Alpi to play better defense period.

We are supporters of the team. Unlikely we will stop obsessing over our favourite players lol. Just this obsession over half an inch more or less is quite absurd.

    That's what he told her.

In the other thread, I calculated his height to be 6 feet 9.169 inches from this pic.

    Here's my math...

Udoka is not wasting his time with no scrubby, slow, itty bitty big man.

Alpi got superstar upside and at least 7'2" confirmed.

Yao is 7'6. Ralph is 7'4. Sengun must be 7'5.

Givony in draftexpress had mentioned that Splitter was measured out 6'11 3/4 inches in pre-draft camp in Chicago (in shoes) and probably grew another 1/4 inches. Sengun looks about an inch shorter than him according to this photo so he's legit 6'11 with shoes which tells us that the Rockets listed his height correctly.

There looks to be some slight package growth as well. But probably a few years off from getting to Serge Ibaka level.

He will clearly suck if he is not 7 ft. I wonder if everyone would of b****ed about Dreams height and not being a true 7 ft if we had the internet back in the 80's?

We had the Internet in the 80's and people always b****ed about Hakeem being foul-prone and bricking free throws. Nobody cared anything about the height when he was putting up 20, 10, a buncha steals, and blocking everybody's shot. :D

Since we’re talking about height…..After watching those training camp videos, Jalen Green is clearly not the self proclaimed 6’6 he’s been defending for two years. He’s noticeably shorter than Whitmore, Amen, Dillon Brooks, and even Ime (reported 6’5). He’s taller than Fred tho and the same height as Tate (also 6’4)

I only discovered the internet for myself in 1995, in Houston. But I was a law student, not in IT. I guess IT folks were on this earlier.

Side note - I recently had a very nice conversation with Sir Tim Berners-Lee.

It wasn't IT folks... it was mostly a bunch of kids, geeks, and university students talking everything under the sun - including the Rockets. lol. :)
