Not fair, they aren’t counting the fact that we got 3 in one trip to the RZ in the last game. Also, I guess we just score too much from outside it? Sorry not sorry.
I think our lower percentage mostly has to do with kicking 3 field goals and no touchdowns in Game 1. Then 2 field goals and 2 touchdowns in Game 2. It wasn't until Games 3 and 4 that the offense really began to click. So the first two games (5) field goals hurt our TD percentage this early in the season. The rankings were for TD percentage, not scoring percentage in the Red Zone.
"Source" make it sound like it's Demario Davis who is working out =) Maybe the search for help at that position has them making a trade for an LB for a 4th rounder
Everett has been riddled with injuries. He'd be a scary one to sign and hope stays healthy. He had a torn labrum in his left shoulder in 2014, a torn left ACL in 2016, persistent knee issues in 2017 and a torn right Achilles in 2018 that lingered along with an ankle issue in 2019. In the stretch from 2016 to 2019, Verrett played in just six games. Verrett was mostly healthy in 2020, his second season with the Niners, and appeared to return close to his 2015 Pro Bowl form with 60 tackles, two interceptions and seven pass breakups in 13 games. He tore his right ACL in the 2021 season opener against the Detroit Lions, missing the rest of that season. DeMeco may have seen great in him when healthy, so maybe a low price is worth a risk. I trust DeMeco.
Texans need to make a move to counter the Colts signing of Jonathan Taylor. I think they need a DT big time. Somebody to draw the double teams off Will Anderson
