The employer of a million and a half people doesn't count? OSHA law allows employers to mandate flu shots.
Here are a list of states that require flue shots for hospitals employees and inpatients: https://www2a.cdc.gov/vaccines/statevaccsApp/AdministrationbyVaccine.asp?Vaccinetmp=Influenza And hospitals can require more than just flu shots, but also Hepatitis B, measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria, tetanus, chickenpox and whooping cough vaccines. Any private employer can require vaccinations since most people are hired "at will". Some exceptions can exist (eg religious objections).
Name me a university, a hospital, a hotel or a restaurant that if you don’t get a flu shot, you will be denied admission or fired? That mandate does not exist because it is illegal, there is no bullshiit Emergency Act that they used for the flu shots. Stop making things up, flu shots in the general population are voluntary unlike the Covid jab. We just went through that nightmare with the Wuhan flu vaccine mandate, now you want us to believe it did not happen?
You don't even live in the U.S. Take the L. Bow out and don't even bother admitting you're wrong. It's mandated. I've worked at hospitals before. Unless you cite something like egg allergies or have some sort of religious exemption, you have to take certain shots every year. It's to protect patients that are already immune compromised from whatever illness or medication they're seeking treatment from the hospital. No point in going to the doc's office to get better if the RN checking your vitals and chart is going to pass along another communicable disease to you in the process. Imagine being a cancer patient and having all medical staff avoid vaccines that would make them a carrier risk of something that could greatly harm their patients. And given the fact that hospital staff are often around sick people, they're especially higher up on catching something and passing it along to other sick people. As far at hotels go, I imagine hotels that specifically house families of sick patients that travel from out of town to take their family member in for medical care for say something like day surgery probably require their hotel staff to be vaccinated too. ****, even if you are housekeeping and you're not even technically on the hospital payroll and work through a 3rd party staffing agency contracted to the hospital, you are still expected to get mandatory vaccines just to work there. And none of this is done for political reasons mind you. It's for insurance reasons. It's so hospitals and other places where diseases are readily present and often highly resistant to the best medications we have to fight those diseases, can cover their asses and say they did at least the bare minimum in protecting their patients and medical staff health.
Lol. You gave us the cdc link, but you did not read it carefully. Many states said no to the flu shot as a requirement. Failed, try again.
Please refer to the cdc link that newroxfan posted but failed to read. There is no nationwide flu shot mandate. Each state sets its own and many said no to the flu shot as a requirement. I’m born and bred in America and live right here in the good ole USA. Not sure what the hell you’re talking about?
How it started TWO HOSPITAL WORKERS FIRED FOR REFUSING FLU SHOTS | BY JOHN COMMINS | JANUARY 15, 2010 Note the date of the article. 2010 before getting vaccinated was political. How the goalpost was moved. I'll repeat this again. These are not mandatory for political reasons. It's for insurance reasons. It's so hospitals and healthcare clinics can verify that they did the bare minimum expected to protect both patients and healthcare staff.
I read it carefully, but you apparently didn't. Many don't, but a number of states do. So that answers the question.
Was there a nationwide mandate for the Covid jab? The argument started with sweetloufor2 being dishonest about the Wuhan jab. It was mandatory under the Emergency Medical Act along with other bullshiit such as lockdowns and masks. How you guys just conveniently develop a case of amnesia is just so typical.
44% of Hospitals/Clinics/PCP offices in the U.S. require Influenza vaccinations. https://www.cdc.gov/flu/fluvaxview/hcp-coverage_1920estimates.htm
He said this: You said this: Just gonna put you on ignore. You suck at this. You too broke to pay off your lost bets.
You asked for jobs that require flu jabs. You were provided several, though the military doesn't count...for reasons. And federal law allows employers to mandate vaccinations for employees. It's OK to be wrong sometimes.
So is there a nationwide mandatory flu shots? You know there were a mandatory Covid jab under the Medical Emergency Act if you want to keep your job.
Yes, that is exactly what I asked. Since it was not a nationwide mandate under the Medical Emergency Act, you can take an employer to court if you were forced into taking the flu shots and you declined and got fired because of it. In the case of the Covid jab, they made sure that you cannot sue anyone because of that bullshiit Medical Emergency Act trump card they used on us.

Can they sue their employers when they lost their jobs for refusing the Covid jab?
