It seems the answer is litigation.

 

Criticism of someone’s views isn’t censorship or denial of free speech. RFK has the right to say what he thinks and given how much coverage he gets along with being able to openly testify on Congress he’s not being censored.

If anything he’s being given a larger platform for his speech.

 

Wouldn’t it be true that if people where able to go out there and lie in the worst possible ways that could get children sick or have them die unnecessarily and we WERE NOT able to challenge their lies wouldn’t that be the very definition of censorship???

 

Yea in some ways the argument that criticisizing someone is the say as “censoring” does become its own form of censorship. It’s the kid of stuff that the Right usually criticizes political correctness for.

RFK Jr's claim that he has never been anti-vax is on the level with Trump's lies. Kennedy earns $500k+ a year by promoting anti-vax views as chairman of Children's Health Defense, an activist group he formed that campaigned against vaccines with claims such as vaccines cause autism and covid-19 vaccine is dangerous. The group also amplify antivax conspiracy theories form QAnon, such as the government prioritizing covid vaccine to minority to harm them. The group revenue drastically increased to $15m in 2021 with their disinformation on coivd-19.

Like Trump often does, Kennedy is betting that some will believe his claim that he has never been anti-vax despite the evidence of his hugely influential role in the anti-vax movement, while still pushing his anti-vax views to maintain supports from his core base.

again where did he say that Jews and Chinese people created it to target Blacks and Whites? I don't see that. RFK Jr has a long history so I'm not going to take this one video clip and label him some BS because some news people told me to. It looks ridiculous. His hearing was ridiculous and showed how idiotic the democrats are now. An RFK Jr Democrat, the kind that made me love the party, I can get behind. but does he back it up with any evidence? I'm pretty sure there are links to several studies, incuding national health boards, that the Children's Health Defense site uses to back up its claims. It's never just without citation, and it doesn't appear to be a site that wants unhealthy kids so wondering why they'd push those views...

In what context would someone say "bioengineering has come a very long way" and "Covid genetically is more favorable to Jews and Chinese people" chained together.

In what other context would those two sentences be used near adjacent to each other outside of implying that Covid could have been bioengineered to effect races outside Jews and Chinese people.
