Lillard to Harden: Hey James. Can I borrow your fat suit?
Harden: Nah, you're too solid to fit in there, especially the weird ass area.

Especially in the NBA superstars end up where they want to be so Dame will get what he wants

I hope Lillard gets what he wants and then the Heat lose in the finals game 7 at the buzzer

I think Fargo, North Dakota, would be a much more fitting destination for the Miamis.

Dude is going out just like any other "diva" superstar lol.

You can say Portland wasn't making any contending moves over the last few years, but he went ahead and signed that max contract extension and picked up his own player option. Money over everything, I won't knock that decision.

Most face of a franchise stars stick around for like..7-8 seasons? Dame did 11. I don't find that particularly impressive, but I guess some do.

NBA owners gonna do something about this in the next CBA. Can't have these players signing max deals and then leaving their team.

Lebron and KD stayed in their home team for around 9 yrs. But I guess the difference is they never talked about loyalty and being too solid for this era.

Personally this is why I don't buy that loyalty crap about MJ and Steph. They stayed cuz their team was winning. If their front office was incompetent they would also have left sooner or later. Rings are too important when it comes to legacy, Nash for example won multiple mvp but nobody talks about him when it comes to great PGs.

The pippin trade ducked the rockets for years
Portland would be foolish to do similar.
