2) I fear you may be conflating Green with Porter.
3) I'm guessing you haven't watch much of Mobley beyond highlight clips. Those same youthful foibles exist with him.
4) Mobley clearly gives you more on defense, as a big should. He also gives you significantly less on offense.

I've followed the league a long time and I've seen far more teams get stuck on a treadmill than get stuck in a rebuild. And most of the treadmillers end up having to rebuild anyway.
Unfortunately a large portion of the Rockets fan base don't know what a rebuild entails.

we have enough cap to sign Dillon Brooks, Brooks and Mills deal has nothing to do with the Garuba/TyTy trade. the cap space was created to sign Jock, yes he's a serviceable backup big but Stone messed up these asset management job

 

A first round pick that was never given a chance. He could have still been the third string point guard which every team needs in case of injury and could have moved up to backup once FVV is gone.
