Rolling out Maldy 2 or 3 games isn't a good idea, but will happen Dodgers game 1 starter had great results last game in his major league debut Miller and Gosolin have pitched well although Gosolin has regressed lately including a sh1tshow outing his last game Good luck to our AAA staff. Agreed, heavy booing (especially) Altuve tends to light a fire under them. Astros (even this season) have typically done well against top flight competition.
For 2 teams who have been pitching juggernauts for a while now, there's a decided lack of accomplishment in these pitching matchups. Not saying some of these kids won't be great, but it's quite a fall off from the usual roll call.
I recall in past seasons that a trip to the left coast seemed to give the team a jump start if they were in a funk. This might be just what the doctor ordered
