    There's a trailer now and it's the dumbest ****ing thing I've ever seen. Ok, maybe not, but it is stupid as hell. This is the new Transformers - where nothing matters and everything is stupid, but it has large things smashing things. So people want to see it. Except this looks even dumber than Transformers (cuz robots > animals). So if you found Transformers to be too intellectually taxing, maybe GozillaXKong will be for you.

    Don't watch the trailer. Don't support this. Kill it. Kill it dead.

    That's a shame because I've always loved Godzilla movies for their thought provoking story telling. They've always challenged me intellectually and had really layered and complicated characters. The first time I saw Godzilla do that flying dropkick...I almost couldn't wrap my head around the complexity of the writing.

    To see that the franchise has been reduced to a monster destroying stuff.
