I suggest they get Buck head coach and ask Harden to bring some good players from 76ers to join such as Paul Reed and Milton.

Celtics 'Never Got Over' Ime Udoka Being Dismissed As Head Coach The Boston Celtics face a 3-0 series deficit in the Eastern Conference Finals against the Miami Heat despite coming into the series as heavy favorites. "This locker room never got over Ime Udoka's dismissal as head coach," said Adrian Wojnarowski on ESPN on Monday when trying to explain why the Celtics are on the brink of elimination. "These players did not accept the organization's reasoning for doing it. They thought it was a wild overreaction. There were a lot of the people on the outside thought it was an overreaction. That it was an HR matter. "I think for this team and talking to the management, they never got any more answers than the public was getting on this. This doesn't mean they haven't accepted Joe Mazzulla as head coach, but this is a team that really believed in Ime Udoka and had a strong connection with him. "I think there were a couple instances this season where a lot of that angst resurfaced. First, when the Brooklyn Nets nearly hired Udoka as head coach and then when the Rockets did. Certainly those were factors." Wojnarowski also suggested the Celtics possibly made a mistake in not hiring a more experienced assistant coach under Mazzulla.
I must say, I enjoyed watching the Celtics implode. The series is not even technically over and the players are whining to Woj. It bodes really well for our chances of acquiring Jaylen Brown even if it's spite that's driving him. Feel bad for Mazulla. He's going to be a great HC but this was a bit early for him and they didn't give him enough experienced assistants. He's going to emerge from this as one of the best young coaches in the NBA.
"never got over Ime" Tatum and Brown are just too soft. Two legitimate top talents in the NBA getting eaten alive by Himmy Butler and some glue guys. Erik Spoelstra probably deserves more credit if anything.
Spoelstra and Butler, really good. They somehow managed to elevate the role players and give them confidence.
So if Tatum and Brown cant exist without Udoka does that mean we should expect them to be wearing Rocket red sometime soon?
Exact same core group of players keep winning 50-60 games and then losing in the playoffs under 3 different coaches over 6 seasons - clearly it's the coaches fault.
It takes more time to get over Udoka .... I never thought Woj did hot takes......wasn‘t he only the breaker of news?
Seemed over it when they had the best point differential in the NBA over an 82 games season. They seemed over it enough when they beat Atlanta. Over it enough to beat Philly…. NOW it’s all too much? lol
