I disagree about it being a waste. But the good news is we still have those Nets picks and swaps through 2027.

If the league wanted the lottery to not seem rigged, they would pick the ping pong balls live on TV. Just announcing them makes it seem fishy. They can literally say whatever they want as far as the order is concerned.

If you're okay with stress fractures, you won't even have to hope.

OK but next year's pick is top 4 protected. We might win the lottery next year!

Interesting because where does Scoot land? Do the Blazers with Dame or the Hornets with Ball take him as opposed to drafting something else?

    Still a chance for Scoot.

Hornets and Blazers don't need a PG.

Well, it's okay guys. We can still laugh at whatever teams end up with Kyrie and Russ?

That's a really good question. Hornets have a young ball dominant guard, they could pick Miller there easily.

Portland was used to having a two guard system but look at their roster. They have Anfernee Simons and Sharpe who they drafted last year. Maybe they fall in love with someone else. Also Sharpe had a pretty good close to the season.

I don't see Miller falling to 4 at all, he's 6'9, can shoot, he's going to fit on most teams. Scoot though? There could be an argument that Charlotte and Portland skip on him.

Basketball gods HATE us, aint no way we tank for 3 seasons straight & not land the #1 pick even once... I wonder what it'll take to get Scoot, Blazers & Hornets might not need a pg but how can you pass up on a talent like Scoot. Let's see I guess

Well, a top shelf pg would definitely help this team. Kpj is not it. And there will be some wheeling and dealing so maybe this will turn out ok.

But still. The last thing I want to see is Tim Duncan v2.0
