    I think that's basically it. She doesn't really hear it, and if she does, she finds it pleasant.

    Anyway.

    Some ideas:

    -Get a sound machine for when you goto sleep so you cant hear them
    -Ask her if she can move the windchimes to the other side of her home, and offer to help her do it
    -Set up a romantic evenning with her, and steal the windchimes while you're over
    -Use a long tree trimming pole and cut the windchimes down

    Idk why they don't have ones with a softer mallet. That's actually soothing. These metal clangers, what's the draw? Gentle winds sound like a kitchen fell over.
