Man, why all the hate on Stroud? To have concerns or question marks on a guy but, man, to say he will definitively flame out or act like he’s the worst QB is a little baffling. The guy clearly shows he has talent and potential. Time will tell, along with scheme and coaching, if he will become a great QB. But the same can be said for any of the QBs in this draft, or next, or any other. But all I hear/read is ex-players or evaluators say mostly glowing things about him and that he is a clear front runner with Bryce as arguably the best in this class.
I hope this is true. If the next breaking news is that McNair threw Caserio out and we're getting a new GM that isn't stupid it would be fantastic news.
Im not sure how much relevance what happened to guys who played for Urban Meyer should have. Not saying its irrelevant, but equally, I dont think it has been clearly demonstrated that it is relevant at all.

This. I have my doubts, but there's a reason why talent evaluators have him as the No. 2 QB in this draft class and there was no perfect QB prospect. Give the guy a chance before we rule him a bust.

The S2 test is basically an awareness test and he scored poorly. No QB who ever scored poorly on the S2 has made it in the NFL. That is what worries me, that he may look promising at first, but never develop any further. I don't care that he came out of Ohio St.
