    Ime Udoka- was my choice.

    I see similar roster personnel of the current Rockets with that
    Boston Celtics team that Ime took over from Brad Stevens.

    If you look at Schroder and Marcus Smart game logs that season,
    Celtics were struggling with Schroder starting.....Ime sat Schroder
    and moved Marcus Smart to Point Guard about 12 games before the
    trade deadline.

    Showed Brad Stevens that the team would be fine without Schroder.
    Now I don't know if Brad ordered Ime to sit Schroder to see the
    results? Most GM's to sit vets before the trade deadline to hurt
    their trade value.

    This is a very smart move by both sides.

    Knowning the last coach of this team was probably the worse hire in this franchise history, the floor is so low for both sides to even fail again.

    The main difference is that Ime is known for what Silas was weakest at. He's known for defense and holding his players accountable. Silas was known as an offense minded coach and for his sort of shy and timid disposition.
