He was simply a more exciting, more compelling version of Greg Oden (basketball wise, not otherwise, you pervs).
no zion makes me sad. him hitting on all cylinders would definitely make the league better. he's 23 this year, so there's time. take a year off to treat your body like lerbon and come back at 25 and dominate for 10 years.
Don't know if the CBA allows this, but if it does, if I were the Pelicans I would seek to put a one-year pause on his contract for him to take a sabbatical, under mutual agreement that he'll use that time to focus solely on conditioning, dieting, and getting in shape. He has too much work to do for one offseason.
https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id...liamson-feel-fine-physically-return-feel-zion he'll be fine guys. he's just going to come back when he feels like Zion!
I thought I remembered hearing he signed an extension before my last post, but blew it off to maybe it was some other player. Good to see more windmill warmup dunks but me no can play I am not Zion yet.
Probably the only thing more frustrating than sucking as bad as we do--having a good roster but your stars can't/won't play due to injuries. Us Rockets fans have been there, done that and it wasn't fun.
He needs to get out of NEW ORLEANS! I was there recently and the food there is just as good as the food here in Houston.
