Aren't you doing exactly what you are accusing him of doing? (Ie pointing out that you are right and he is wrong). If you think his take is so far off, just don't respond. I'm not sure personal attacks are warranted against anyone
While that is fair, he's been very aggressive posting towards me because we don't share the same opinion. That's how it started. I'm not absolving myself from the situation but to me the gloves came off long time ago I don't like him and as I point out people like @Bobbythegreat and himself I don't feel bad whatsoever. To me, you should take care of yourself. Those two are slobs and I will continue to point it out. They could always prove me wrong and lose weight but they'd rather argue on the internet
I don't disagree about those you named and their argumentative hot-takes. I can see why you seem to find it annoying. There are other responses to name-calling! I guess (in life in general) I don't mind if someone else has a different opinion, even if it appears their opinion has no basis. I always wonder if I might be wrong, and even if convinced I'm not, try not to let it irritate me. But that's just me.
The more I watch Brandon Miller the more I think it's possible Scoot falls to #3, they are close talent wise & Miller has the advantage of being 6'9" and a fantastic shooter - above 40% (college 3) while Scoot is shooting a hot .275 from three in the G league. I'd hate to be the GM that had to make that decision. The legal issues are something else ....
If they keep playing like they did last night, they'll be lucky to land in the top 3. 14 winnable games against the Lakers twice, Pelicans twice, Grizzlies twice(without Ja), the Hornets and Pistons, I could see them finishing ahead of the Spurs, Pistons and possibly the Hornets depending on how they finish. Do I want them to? No, but I gotta say I sure enjoyed that game last night.
The Rockets management will likely not let that happen. The best I bet they will let them finish is 2nd to worst. They will start sitting players probably tomorrow. They will also ramp it up even more if the Rockets win 2 of the next 5 games.
I will assume Detroit is getting the top pick rather than following the popular theory that the league is rigged for San Antonio (who won last night)
