    What a horrible situation, thank the Lord she did not die, I can't wait to hear from her and see how this played out. What the heck do you do with a 6 year old, have children become desensitized about guns due to so many games and shows who show them how common place it is, I don't know. How does a 6-year-old even know how to fire a gun, this poor kid's life could be ruined, and the poor teacher is lucky to be alive and her life is now altered. I rarely feel sorry for someone who does this but dam it's a 6-year-old, its not like you can put him behind bars...............I am just shocked

    I think the parents any child under the age of 13 should be held accountable for any injury or death that happens when their child has possession of a gun they own. Only then will parents be more diligent and responsible for ensuring their guns are locked up, or ensuring they teach safety and supervise any use of a gun by their child. Nobody should even be allowed to shoot guns legally without taking a gun safety and applications class. There are far too many dumbasses who own guns legally.
