    WHAT THE [bleep]??????

EDIT: This is one of those things that felt like a complete hoax. He was a hero to a lot of people. One of the first and greatest social media stars. Tributes to him on video games, car shows, and everything defined 2010s motoring. RIP, legend.

I saw an Aston Martin SUV at work the other day. I didn't even realize such a thing existed. The aesthetics were not that impressive for such an expensive vehicle.

    Hard pass.

AMs look gorgeous but the DBX looks like a Nissan Murano from the back at a 200k price point.

Performance numbers aren’t great for 200k either.

I am intrigued by the CT5-V Blackwing, mainly because all that performance comes with a manual transmission.

    Considering getting it.

The only one I'd like (other than to just sell) would be the Urus. I love every Urus I've seen driving around or parked somewhere. I saw a Bentayga going to pick up their kid from school or something and ... meh. I love Aston Martins because they are beautiful inside and out and combine performance with luxury and elegance like few other manufacturers do, but the DBX/DBX 707 look like they took the worst parts of Hondas and Audis to design the exterior, then took a Porsche Macan and slightly melted it before placing those Honda/Audi bits onto it. That being said, it'd be my #2 on that list. lol. Even the Ferrari Purosangue "SUV" irritates me.

    https://www.vw.com/en/models/id-buzz.html

VW Id.buzz is on my wife’s radar.

Not upscale but definitely looks better than traditional minivan.

It wins on the cuteness factor alone even though overpriced.

Because there is no such thing as an "upscale minivan". People that want those just buy an SUV which probably won't serve their purposes as well as a mini-van, but won't get them laughed at. Or so I've been told. It's also kind of difficult to make a mini-van seem cool when it's already got that mini-van stigma to beat.

Unlikely. There is a huge hole in inventory.

The cash for clunkers created a hole in inventory but only in the tail end of use. The drop COVID caused in production will not go away for over a decade.

It will definitely take a while especially when you consider lack of new cars from 2020-2023....also means less used cars in the coming years.

I guess I didn't word it correctly but that's what I mean. The ripple of the inventory hole will last. Average age of car on road today is 12.2 years.
