Pele and Barbara Walters. Crap, who’s next?

She was a pioneer and an amazing journalist. May she rest in peace.

Unfortunately, waiting for the trifecta to happen.....with these events, it seems to be always in 3s.

I learned from my 28 year old granddaughter that 81 year old fashion icon Vivienne Westwood died. Not sure if she qualifies or not.

That's sad. RIP. All I could think about when I heard the news was her interview with Patrick Swayze after he got sick. And, all the celeb intervews she did where most of them were 1 hour shows that aired right before the Oscars. Her presence will be missed. She had a unique way of presenting herself and a way with words that made her special.

I guess I'm old, but the first thing that comes to mind when I think of her is Baba WaWa, which probably wouldn't make her very happy:

Well, Anita Pointer of the Pointer Sisters just passed away - they're dropping like flies.

R.I.P. Ms. Wawa. She was one of the interview icons of my youth. :(
