Crane was holding off until the end of the season to discuss new contracts for Click and Dusty. I hope Crane would reconsider, or if he (Luhnow) could at least be involved with the team in regard to player acquisition via draft or free agency. He just has such a good track record with player acquisition with us. I am probably just dreaming on this.

Yes, but I don't think Crane wants to shine that light back on us right after we "redeemed" ourselves. I personally say screw it, I don't care what anyone thinks about us. I like being hated actually. It means you've really arrived.
Truth be told Seattle was clearly our toughest competition in these playoffs. We gave away game 1 vs the Phillies, otherwise you're probably win 4-1.
It's a moot point now because we won game 6. I'm seeing a lot of posts about people that had concerns about McCullers starting a potential game 7 if we didn't win game 6. This is such a reversal though from 2017. I had little doubt Lance would help close that game out on the road. He keep throwing the Dodgers curveball after curveball and it was almost unhittable that night. Flash forward to game 3 of this series. Breaking balls are going right over the middle of the plate and knocked out of the park over and over again.
Had it gone to game 7, the lineup would be without Bregman, Altuve, and Yuli. That's not a good recipe for a W. Game 7 against LA, it was a combined effort between lance and Charlie morton. It wasn't all lance.
