It was basically the same situation. I posted that I wanted Karl Malone, then had a change of heart and asked to cancel and take Paul Pierce instead. I don't think anyone else had even picked yet when I had made the request, but the ruling at the time was a strong no.

Sorry for my earlier complaining, and that you took it personally. Any assistance past and present is of course appreciated. It was my fault anyway for not implementing a timer from the beginning.

Believe me the last thing I'm looking for is thanks or an apology. If that's what I was doing it for I would have definitely brought it to light much sooner than now. The problem I had (have) is that after all that helping to move along the drafts, the one (probably out of very few) times I missed out on my pick within a reasonable amount of time, that's when the commish decides to hang himself. It was curious to me, but to each his own, so it is what it is.

My point is that I have done my best to keep these basketball and baseball drafts moving as smoothly as possible so whatever "blow up" was to be had was certainly directed at the wrong individual from my perspective. Again, see it how you will... this will be "nice" to revisit in the history threads you shared, eventually.

Look, I'm sorry you're upset, but are you sure you aren't overreacting? Here are my posts:

Sure, the last one was a bit dramatic and I probably shouldn't have made it, but I think you're making a mountain out of a molehill. I didn't even call you out specifically, but was referring to both you and PSJ taking almost a day each. As I said, it is my fault for not having a timer from the get go.

Believe me, an overreaction would have been me not leaving my immediate response to “b****ness is up” and keeping it going from there.

This is a pretty subdued response, as late as it is, to the original (from what I thought) overreaction.

On top of that, this type of sh** ALWAYS happens through these long drafts. So I didn’t understand why you were so surprised and were supposedly “done” with long drafts as you stated.

I mean it’s not like we haven’t been up against it to where we didn’t use the espn timered drafts.

Stupid question, do we draft into the IR slots now already, or is the draft over once all the "normal" slots are filled?

The draft ends once fadeaway inputs that last pick into the ESPN league.

You’ll fill in those IR slots once the draft is officially closed.
