That lawsuit happened in a court system he doesn't trust, or view as legitimate, and wasn't "reported" on in any media he consumes. Therefore, it didn't happen but, if it did, it wouldn't be a legitimate ruling.
This is a great run through of Trump's history of hoarding sensitive information that he can leverage against people later on. It should be a shock to no one that he did this with sensitive top secret classified documents. Especially on personal intelligence like Emanuel Macron's secret sex life. He's being doing this crap at a lower level for his entire life. THIS IS WHAT HE DOES. And the fact that it leaked out that Macron's sex life was part of the intelligence he stole cannot be a coincidence. The guy wants everyone to know what he's got so they are afraid of him, and he can manipulate them. My theory is he has that information as leverage against foreign leaders to try and strong arm them to help him in 2024 the way Putin helped him prior. That and he wants damaging info on Biden and Kamala to come out of other country's intelligence arms. I think he's going to plan on getting all of his legal troubles delayed long enough to last until after the 24 election, win by creating a sh$t storm of an election cycle with a badly damaged Biden politically, and then pardon himself when he takes office, and gut the Justice Department and the executive branch to create a truly autocratic regime. Not taking this guy seriously at this exact point in time is utterly stupid. Him stealing these documents is the key to him getting what he wants, and what he thinks he needs to survive. This is a very dangerous person.
