    Say I had some brothers who wanted to have a house party in a decent neighborhood in Houston......you know, some place where everyone would feel safe. Preferably a house with a pool. Nothing crazy that will get anyone in trouble or anything, but perhaps a place where the rules are a bit more lax than say VRBO or airbnb type rentals.......is there a good place to find such a rental?
